EGGS

PASTURE-RAISED EGGS

It starts with approximately 100 laying hens.

Our laying hens are already producing eggs, making eggs the first product officially available from Trujillo Family Ranch.

Our hens will have access to pasture and outdoor space as part of our developing rotational system.

CURRENT CSA MEMBERS

We want the families already supporting our farm to be the first to experience the Ranch.

Current CSA members will receive first access to available eggs.

We're also planning a complimentary dozen eggs as an introduction to the Ranch for participating current CSA members while supplies allow.

2027 EGG SHARES

Egg Share enrollment is planned to open:

OCTOBER 1

Egg Shares will allow families to reserve a regular supply of Ranch eggs for the 2027 season.

Existing CSA members receive first priority.

New 2027 CSA members receive priority next.

Remaining availability will then be opened to the general public.
